The UN Secretary General told the Security Council on Tuesday that it was important not to lose the “fragile diplomatic dynamic” between Ukraine and Russia – and international mediators – during the end of the war. He informed the ambassadors during consecutive meetings where the call to a ceasefire in Gaza, he declared that the war “day after” stops there, must be anchored in international law, rejecting any “ethnic cleaning” of the Palestinians.
